Return and Refund Policy

Returns

Our policy lasts 14 days from the date your order is delivered. If more than 14 days have passed since delivery, we are unfortunately unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To request a return or exercise your statutory right of withdrawal, please visit your customer account at:

If you checked out as a guest, simply sign in using the email address used for your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition in which you received it, and in its original packaging.

Partial refunds may be granted in the following cases:

  • any item not in its original condition, or which is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error;
  • any item returned more than 14 days after delivery.

Statutory Right of Withdrawal (EU Customers)

If you are a consumer purchasing within the European Union, you have a statutory right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

You may exercise this right by submitting a withdrawal or return request through your customer account at:

After receiving your withdrawal request, we will send you an acknowledgement by email. If your withdrawal is accepted, you should return the goods without undue delay.

This statutory right does not apply to goods that have been made to your specifications or are otherwise exempt under applicable consumer protection legislation.

Refunds

Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email confirming that we have received your return. We will also notify you whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If your refund is approved, it will be processed and credited automatically to your original method of payment within a reasonable number of days.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund:

  • first check your bank account;
  • then contact your credit card provider, as it may take some time before the refund is officially posted;
  • next contact your bank, as processing times can vary.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded unless required by applicable law.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item for the same product, for example in another size, please contact us at:

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item has been received, a gift certificate will be sent to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves before giving it to you, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Unless otherwise required by law, you are responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from your refund where applicable.

Depending on where you live, the time required for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are returning an item valued at more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
