We ship worldwide from Vienna, Austria.

Order Processing

Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment has been received. During collection launches, holidays or exceptionally busy periods, dispatch may take slightly longer.

Shipping Charges

Shipping charges are calculated according to the destination country and are shown at checkout before payment.

For many destinations, we offer free shipping once the applicable order value has been reached. The free shipping threshold varies by destination and is displayed automatically at checkout.

Delivery

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and the shipping service selected. Any delivery dates or transit times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information, where available.

Customs and Import Duties

Orders delivered outside the European Union may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Incorrect Delivery Information

Please ensure that your delivery address is complete and accurate before placing your order. We cannot be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information.

Lost or Damaged Shipments

If your parcel is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible at Explore@P-LeMoult.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the matter.

Returns

Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless otherwise required by applicable law.
